Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice Paid $1 Million To Get Out On Bail (VIDEO)
I’ve heard of a man dragging you down but I thought that was only temperament. Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice are out on a million dollar bail right now. They’re probably think it’s a good sign, you know with the judge letting them free instead of holding them. I however can only see the many things that can go wrong.
TMZ reports, As part of the terms of their bail, both Teresa and Joe had to surrender their passports and are restricted to New York and New Jersey. Joe, who is not a U.S. citizen, is subject to drug testing. Teresa will not have to subject herself to drug testing.
For one no one expected Teresa to go down with her husband. The rumors that were circulating about legal troubles were always connected to him.
Now that both parents are going on the chopping block then what’s going to happen to their girls. We’ve watched these kids turn from sweet kids to little entitled brats.
Part of having entitlement is thinking they can always have what they wanted especially if it’s their mom. Another thing that has been sliding under the radar is Joe’s drug testing. Teresa doesn’t have to do it so we know its only Joe.
Is that when all the problems started. Does Joe have a drug problem? These things won’t look nice in a front of a judge. They’re facing 39 counts of fraud and possibly 30 years in Jail. If one drug test comes back positive its over for the both of them. Why Teresa?
Everyone has been telling her that Joe was no good for so long, it isn’t even funny anymore. Divorce, please!!! Consider this a petition.

Teresa Giudice And Joe Giudice "Heading In Different Directions", one ends up in jail while other goes free?
Well, Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice are in trouble, no matter how you slice it. After their hearing today, Teresa’s lawyer, Henry Klingman, said that things don’t look ‘good’ for the couple in the future.
Henry basically explains that Joe has his own separate lawyer for the case, explaining, “It's almost invariably true that in federal criminal cases such as this one, the judge requires each defendant to have their own attorney. It reflects the ethical rules so the lawyers avoid conflicts of interest. Even if people are on the same page like a husband and wife, they could theoretically go in different directions at some point in the future."
Celeb Dirty Laundry is exclusively reporting, So basically, Henry’s saying that he’s going to do his best to keep his client out of jail, even if it means throwing her husband under the bus. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her husband have never really been on the best of terms, especially on the show, so it makes sense that they would each be putting their own interests above the others'. There’s a possibility that Teresa and Joe both try to pinpoint the majority of the blame on the other person, and if that worked, it could end up that one of them goes to jail while the other gets away with a reduced sentence. Or one ends up leaving the country, while the other stays. Or that both end up going to jail, but divorced. Or against all odds, that both stay together and fight through this together. Yeah, I don’t think that last one is going to happen either.

Teresa Giudice Destroyed By Fame – Will She Dump Husband Joe Giudice?
The current issue of In Touch Magazine features the cover story "Teresa Giudice Destroyed By Fame." Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe Giudice are currently in big trouble with the law. The couple have been charged with a long list of charges, including major bank fraud and tax evasion, and are now facing upwards of fifty years in the jail.
This week IT is claiming the reason Teresa is facing a life behind bars is because of fame. They have all the details of what Teresa told her family about the lies and what she is telling her friends. If Teresa gets sent to the slammer the magazine claims that Teresa's bitter enemy Melissa Gorga is ready to step up and take her children. Can you imagine what Teresa would think about that?
Meanwhile while Teresa's empire implodes her family lawyer Miles Feinstein claims both she and juicy Joe will plead not-guilty to all the charges.
The arraignment is set for August 14th and Teresa is confident things will work out so she has planned a book signing of her Fabulicious!: On the Grill cookbook. The signing will be held at her co-star Kim DePaola's boutique Posche.
Kim tells In Touch, Teresa “easily could have canceled. She wouldn't have backed out of this no matter what. She’s a hard worker and wouldn’t disappoint her fans. Will Teresa Giudice’s Kids Be Raised By Her Biggest Enemy?
If you've ever caught even ten minutes of The Real Housewive's of New Jersey then you already know that Teresa Giudice's biggest enemy is her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga. After years of working behind the scenes to get her brother Joe Gorga to decide to divorce Melissa it seems that the karma police has finally caught up with Teresa. First came that 39-count fraud indictment, then came being released on a million dollars bail hand-in-hand with her shady husband, Joe Giudice. Now it looks like even if Teresa decides to testify against Joe there's still a good chance that she'll be looking at prison time.
According to the Aug. 19th print edition of Life & Style magazine the assumption is that if Teresa does end up serving any jail time then Joe and Melissa will likely step up and take custody of the four kids that she leaves behind. Having to even consider handing her daughters over to Melissa, the woman that Teresa once claimed had been a stripper, has to be one of the worst possible scenarios that Tre could ever have imagined.
In terms of the war between both women it's pretty clear by now that Melissa has won. She'll have her family, home and the ability to move freely while her sister-in-law is set to lose just about everything. I have to wonder if Melissa really wants the responsibility of Tre's four kids added to her own three. Melissa has proven her devotion to family but I don't necessarily see her really wanting to spend each day chasing after seven kids, do you? How do you think this mess is going to end up? Joe Giudice Says Wife Teresa Giudice Had No Knowledge of Any Alleged Criminal Activity
Joe Giudice claims his wife Teresa Giudice had no NO knowledge of any alleged criminal activity he may or may not have had. Juicy Joe is ready to testify to this, but ONLY if his trial is separated from Teresa’s.
Joe is facing a whopping 41 counts of fraud. If his trial is not separated from Teresa’s he plans on taking the fifth. Celebuzz has gotten their hands on documents that state, “Without an order severing the trials, she is placed in the position of choosing to testify on her own behalf and against her husband, or not testifying at all.”
If the case is separated Joe plans on telling the court: Teresa had no knowledge of any of his activities; Teresa was not aware of properties bought in her name; Joe signed Teresa’s name and Joe’s former business partner signed Teresa’s name on docs.

Teresa and Joe Giudice Plead Guilty To Fraud – Will Their Plea Agreement Keep Them Out of Jail?
Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice finally got around to pleading guilty earlier today. Not that they had any other choice really. Truthfully, it was inescapable that they would have to plead guilty but they sure did dragged their feet about it. And I’m not being offensive here but if someone’s obviously guilty like these two then maybe they should have changed their verdict a while ago. You know back when the plea agreement possibly gave them more rather than drag all of this out to almost the very end.
“We’ve known for almost a year that Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe could face jail time. Now, the reality of that fact is staring us straight in the face. After pleading guilty on March 4, Teresa and Joe will soon be sentenced for their 41 counts of federal fraud, and E! Online has revealed their official sentencing date.
Teresa and Joe will receive their sentence on July 8, 2014, just over four months from now. As things stand, it seems most likely that Joe will spend three to four years in prison, while Teresa will get less than two.”
Overall it doesn’t appear to be a bad deal but its hard for parents to young children to see it that way. There will be misses birthdays, dance recitals, and any other thing a daughter wants her parents to be there for. So far these two parents, that have clearly taken pride in their children, to miss this much is definitely going to hurt them. And it would surprise no one if the relationships with their children never fully recover after the Giudices’ prison term.

As Teresa and Joe Giudice’s Empire Crumbles Viewers Will Watch Their Legal Battle On RHONJ
If you’ve been following the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple Teresa and Joe Giudice as they fight charges on several counts of fraud and failure to pay taxes, you know that they have plead guilty to several of the 41-counts of mortgage and bankruptcy fraud they have been charged with. And while this could mean some jail time for the couple, fans will still be seeing the Giudices for at least another season.
Sources have shared with TMZ that producers are working in overdrive to get through all the filming for season 6 before the couple is carted off to jail! Producers believe this is a ratings goldmine, and know viewers will tune in to watch the Giudices battle their legal problems as their empire begins to slowly crumble.
While they hope to have season 6 wrapped up in time, producers are still concerned about the reunion show, as this is always filed after the season wraps. Producers believe Teresa and Joe may already be serving their sentences at the time the reunion show would film.
The bright side for the couple is that they’d still be earning a much needed income. They are becoming deeper and deeper in debt with the expenses from their current legal mess. Of further concern is how Teresa will survive after serving her time, especially if Joe ends up being deported.

RHONJ Teresa Giudice Told Her Children She Was Going To Jail On Camera To Help Ratings
Apparently Real Housewives of Jersey star Teresa Giudice couldn’t give up her famewhoring even for the benefit of her children. RadarOnline is reporting that the reality star and her husband kept the cameras rolling as they told their children about their plea agreement. I suspect it sounded like this - “Hey kids, daddy and I are going to jail and we would like you to cry to into the camera on your left – its your best angle”! Yesterday I wrote about how much the children will be hurting to say goodbye, but to have that personal moment caught forever on camera is just new low for the adults even for Andy Cohen. Yes, the man loves the drama although I thought he had enough class not use children to create some of is own. My bad then!
“-41-year-old Teresa is hoping to be placed on house arrest to serve what could be a 27 month penalty. If that is granted, prosecutors plan to have Bravos cameras banned from recording her.”
Good, someone else noticed how much she needs to be in front of the cameras. Teresa probably would have had them in the courtroom too if she could. Sadly, she has to stick with the horrible Etch-A-Sketch the court’s sketch artist made of her instead!

RHONJ Teresa Giudice Wants To Go To Prison, Thinks It Will boost Her Career
This month Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe Giudice shocked their fans when they were indicted on 41 counts of fraud. This week the reality TV couple appeared in court and pleaded guilty to a total of nine felonies and confessed that they were involved in a scheme over the course of the last decade that defrauded the IRS and bankruptcy courts, and they profited over a million dollars from it. Theresa and Joe are both facing years in prison.
Teresa Giudice seems to be handling her legal woes extremely well, almost too well. The RHONJ star has recently been criticized for not taking her potential jail times seriously, nor taking into consideration how it will affect her young children. Despite the severity of her open court case, she is still filming for Bravo, and basking in the limelight.
Theresa isn’t just overly confident, she is apparently delusional about her sentencing. Instead of worrying about who is going to care for her children and how they will be affected when both their parents are carted off to jail, the reality TV star is actually looking forward to going to prison. A source close to the Giudice family told In Touch Magazine that Theresa thinks going to jail will make her even more famous, and once she is released she will be able to rake in big bucks off from the publicity. Here’s what the insider told In Touch, “Teresa thinks that if she goes to jail, it’ll only make her more famous. She thinks she’ll be redeemed — and then become even more popular and be able to make a fortune.”
