Joe Giudice claims his wife Teresa Giudice had no NO knowledge of any alleged criminal activity he may or may not have had. Juicy Joe is ready to testify to this, but ONLY if his trial is separated from Teresa’s.
Joe is facing a whopping 41 counts of fraud. If his trial is not separated from Teresa’s he plans on taking the fifth. Celebuzz has gotten their hands on documents that state, “Without an order severing the trials, she is placed in the position of choosing to testify on her own behalf and against her husband, or not testifying at all.”
If the case is separated Joe plans on telling the court: Teresa had no knowledge of any of his activities; Teresa was not aware of properties bought in her name; Joe signed Teresa’s name and Joe’s former business partner signed Teresa’s name on docs.
