Teresa Giudice And Joe Giudice "Heading In Different Directions", one ends up in jail while other goes free?
Well, Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice are in trouble, no matter how you slice it. After their hearing today, Teresa’s lawyer, Henry Klingman, said that things don’t look ‘good’ for the couple in the future.
Henry basically explains that Joe has his own separate lawyer for the case, explaining, “It's almost invariably true that in federal criminal cases such as this one, the judge requires each defendant to have their own attorney. It reflects the ethical rules so the lawyers avoid conflicts of interest. Even if people are on the same page like a husband and wife, they could theoretically go in different directions at some point in the future."
Celeb Dirty Laundry is exclusively reporting, So basically, Henry’s saying that he’s going to do his best to keep his client out of jail, even if it means throwing her husband under the bus. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her husband have never really been on the best of terms, especially on the show, so it makes sense that they would each be putting their own interests above the others'. There’s a possibility that Teresa and Joe both try to pinpoint the majority of the blame on the other person, and if that worked, it could end up that one of them goes to jail while the other gets away with a reduced sentence. Or one ends up leaving the country, while the other stays. Or that both end up going to jail, but divorced. Or against all odds, that both stay together and fight through this together. Yeah, I don’t think that last one is going to happen either.
